AfterPT Fitness
Introducing AfterPT Fitness, a post-rehabilitation program designed to support you in achieving your fitness goals after completing your Physical Therapy or Chiropractic program. Unlike therapy, AfterPT Fitness focuses on helping you transition back to your daily life. Tailored for the general population, this program can be conducted at your home or gym. In most cases programs are self-guided through our BridgeAthletic Platform. You may request to work with our trainer in person, but this is strictly on a scheduled basis.
Ready2Play / ready2work
Ready2Play Athletics is a program to enable you to continue working toward your goals once you have been formally discharged from your Physical Therapy or Chiropractic program. Ready2Play Athletics is not a therapy program and will not be the same as the therapy you received when under the referral of your physician and/or the therapy plan of care established by your Physical Therapist or Chiropractor. This is a transitional fitness program to help with returning back to your sport or place of work. When possible, we utilize your current gym and/or therapy location. We primarily will use our BridgeAthletic Platform for you to follow via your mobile device.
TrainAtHome
TrainAtHome Fitness is a program to enable you to work towards your goals at home with your trainer. Are you trying to move, feel, and look better, but don't like going to a big gym, this is an excellent option. Your trainer will utilize equipment you may have in your home already and/or bring their own. You may purchase the equipment the trainer uses with you or continue to use your own. The trainer will develop a program based off of your needs and goals, and the available equipment. Adding Habit Based Nutritional Guidance to the program can benefit you even further, by helping you improve on bad habits you may have gained from the past and develop better ones for the future.
HybridTraining
ComboTraining is the combination of In-Person and BridgeRX Training. We know some people would prefer training in person all the time, but the cost are a little more. Try this if you prefer a more affordable option.
