A Non-ID Online Program is our new affordable selection. It is an excellent option for everyone on a budget. Some of our clients will purchase 2 or 3 to put together their own plan of action for the year. We know these are Non Specific to any individual and are not personal training, but we’ll help here as well. Feel free to ask.
How to: Select the week option below. Once purchased, we will send you an email labeled, New Client Intake. It will have questions regarding your goals, if you have any injuries or other medical problems, how many day’s a week you plan to lift.
From the completion of the form, we will generate your program and email it directly to you with detailed instructions on how to start. Please be advised, that this is not a personal training program and some of the equipment that may be used in the program may not be available to you. Modify the exercise as needed or simply ask us and we can adjust it, but we limit this to only 3 times per customer.
