Brunner Athletic Development's Advanced Sport & Exercise Nutrition Coaching is for men and women who want to get in the best shape of their lives—for the rest of their lives. It’s for people with busy schedules who want personal accountability, a structured nutrition program to follow, and a coach to help keep them consistent and on-track.
The main focus of the program is to strategically help you improve your eating and exercise habits—all within the context of your day-to-day life. We don’t give you a crazy diet or exercise program to follow; instead, we help our clients build the habits they need to get results that last forever. Although we do offer exercise programs made by our Exercise Physiologist.
We believe in our Nutrition Program because our Certifying Agency Precision Nutrition has tested it on over 45,000 people in the past 10 years with over 900,000 pounds lost. Please join us so we can help you get in the best shape of your life.
Our method of delivery for nutrition follows State Laws on what we as a non-licensed medical professional can teach. Meal plans our out of the question for our practice, but with the help from Precision Nutrition we can offer the best habit-based curriculum anywhere. The Habit-Based method focuses on our four pillar approach and then some:
Each day you will receive an email containing a brief description of what you should be working on and thinking about that day. These email will have daily habits or lessons in the form of articles, videos, audio files, and/or downloads. As they are completed, they are tracked for progress and recorded in our Toolbox. Although you do have to answer a few questions here and there, you never have to keep a log or track anything in the beginning, we do if for you. Yup, you heard that correctly, you don't have to count your calories every single day. Now the more advanced you become in nutrition and dieting, or if you are elite type of athlete, or if you have extreme goals like losing 100lbs we may make adjustments to that phrase. The main goal to using our ProCoach program isn't to make you a Arnold or Lebron, but it is to help you make better habits in your life towards diet and exercise that can lead you to reaching your ultimate goal.
