Tool 1 - Our Watch

There are many watches that track activity now, but not all track heart rate or actual exercise routines in a reliable fashion. For nearly 10 years I have worn some type of Polar Heart Rate device. It has long be considered the Gold Standard in Heart Rate and Activity tracking. It was actually the first Heart Rate tracking company ever.
